Just as cherry, plum, peach and damson blossoms all possess their own unique qualities, each person and each family is unique. This is the reason we accept that that the home should be a reflection of its occupants and thus needs to be custom made.
We strive to make your home a seamless extension of your beliefs, choices, lifestyle, attitude and interests.
We are a family business that focuses on building your home with characteristics that describe you. We love to mix styles like modern and classic or industrial and glam-chic to give you a design that compliments your lifestyle and interests.
We follow a 5 step Concept to Completion process in all our projects. This helps us to stay focussed and on time.
Projects
During this stage we understand and ask the most important questions that would help in creating a concrete image and perspective of what needs to be built. The vision is materialised so that it can be worked upon.
Once the vision is defined, we will plan how to manifest it in a concrete manner. At this stage we will create point of views, specify the requirements, brainstorm possible solutions and explore all kinds of possibilities. This would also involve budgeting, getting proposals from vendors and listing down every possible need and want.
The form that was just a vision is manifested and brought alive. Patterns, compositions, mood board, colours and hues all are brought in harmony and balance. Step by step the foundation is laid and elements fitted into their corners and nook. Season and season-lessness become one and unite.
The adventure starts and all the skills an emotions are brought into play. The plans, timelines, budgets, people, support all get aligned. The materials, the solids, the liquids all mix and match to create something that goes beyond the usual functional thinking about architecture, building and space. A place where times courage, sensitivity and respect intersect.
This is the final stage of the project where we tune, fine tune, retune. This is where we go from perfection to a little chaos and a little here and there. We practice the art of wabisabi – accepting transience and imperfection. A home that is full of your character, charm, and things that are uniquely yours. An old chest significant to you, an antique that you have preserved, a handed down relic or a gifted object by a loved one.
